General
Please note that all of our products are made by hand and
therefore will vary slightly in colour, size, shape and weave. These subtle
variations are what make our items unique.

referred to as “IndiJam”)
Payments
Online payments can be made by credit card, shop pay or
PayPal.. Please note that all prices given in other currencies are simply an
estimate provided by a third party and all payments are processed in Australian
Dollars (AUD).
Full Priced Items
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible
for a refund or store credit when returned to IndiJam within 14 days of
delivery. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Promotional Items, Sale Items and Discounted Products
Unless otherwise specified, we do not offer refunds on
any discounted products, unless faulty or damaged. This includes marked down
items, sale items, promotional items, sample items or any item discounted through marketing/promotions/discount codes.
See below for specific terms and conditions relating
to promotions.
Only one discount code can be used per order and is not
redeemable for cash or in-store. Discount codes are valid during promotion time
and cannot be used at a a later date. Discount codes must be applied at time of
checkout. The code cannot be applied retrospectively to any order.
Sample Items
Items that have been purchased from our SAMPLE
category are FINAL SALE. SAMPLE items are not eligible for a return,
exchange or store credit.
