We are unable to refund shipping fees. All refund and exchange enquiries are to be made within 14 days of purchase to hello@indijam.com.au. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. All indiJam products must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. Please ensure the packaging is secure as IndiJam cannot cover items damaged in return transit.
